Return

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt of your order without giving any reason. If the address where we have delivered your order is located in the Netherlands, you will be credited the order amount including shipping costs. If the address where we have delivered your order is located outside the Netherlands, you will be credited the order amount excluding shipping costs. The shipping costs for the return shipping to Imbizi Balance are non-refundable.

In case you want to make use of your right of withdrawal, you need to return the product(s) including all accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original state and packaging to Imbizi Balance.

To exercise this right, you must complete and send the withdrawal form within 14 days of receipt of your order. Click here for the withdrawal form. After you have sent the withdrawal form, you must return the product within 14 days.

If you return something without prior notice, I cannot guarantee that the return shipment will be processed correctly and / or the costs will be refunded.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to 'custom-made' or specially manufactured items. The sale of such a product is final after successful payment.

You remain responsible for the goods until receipt by Imbizi Balance. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to see/try the product, we can pass on this depreciation to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is properly packaged for return.

You will receive a message from me as soon as I have processed your return. Provided the product has already been received in good order, I will refund the amount within 14 working days after processing the return. Refunds will be made through the same payment method used by you for the purchase.

Accidentally passed on a wrong delivery address? Then contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you.

Warranty

We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. Yet it sometimes happens that an order gets damaged during transport or that something else happens that allows you to claim your warranty.

If you have received a damaged or defective article from me, you can claim your warranty. If an item is damaged at arrival, this must be reported within 14 days of receipt of the order. In the event of other defects, you can report this to us within 4 weeks after discovery of the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will arrange for repair or replacement free of charge.

 There is no warranty in case of:

  • Cracks and unevenness that are natural to the crystal/stone

  • Defects and damages due to improper use

  • Defects and wear due to normal use

  • Changes, modifications and/or adaptations to the product

  • Damages caused intentionally, or caused by highly intensive usage and/or neglected care or maintenance

  • The consumer has repaired and / or modified the delivered products himself or had them repaired and / or modified by third parties

  • The delivered products have been exposed to abnormal circumstances or have been treated carelessly or have been treated contrary to the instructions of the entrepreneur and / or the instructions of the packaging.

  • The inadequacy is wholly or partly the result of regulations that the government has made or will make with regard to the nature or quality of the materials used

  • Discoloration

To make use of your warranty, you can contact me through email. Return of the products must be in the original packaging and in new condition. After receipt, I will contact you within 1 week to find a suitable solution (repair, replacement or (partly) financial refund).
