Shipping costs

Imbizi Balance does everything it can to deliver your order to you properly, safely and insured. We therefore ship everything with track & trace. As of 01-01-2025 the following shipping rates will be in effect:

The Netherlands
Standard mailbox-package (up to 2 kilo) € 5,95
Standard package (up to 10 kilo) € 10,95

Belgium
Standard mailbox-package (up to 2 kilo) € 10,95

Rest of Europe (excluding Russia)
Standard package (up to 2 kilo) € 17,00

Outside Europe (excluding Russia)
Standard package (to 2 kilo) € 29,00

Please contact us if you have an order that exceeds the above mentioned weights. The shipping costs will than depend on weight and size.

Delivery time

We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. Orders that have been placed and fully paid before 5 p.m on working days, will be shipped the next working day. Sometimes, however, we are unable to fulfill this, as sometimes products are not in stock, or the delivery of your order can take a little longer. Of course we will inform you as soon as possible.

Delivery is via PostNL. In general, delivery in the Netherlands will take place the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.
